Accommodation
A limited number of hotel rooms have been reserved at special ASM rates with the hotels listed below.
Payment is required at the time of registration to secure your booking. If you are unsure about your travel arrangements or prefer to book your accommodation later, you may skip this step during the registration process. A personalised booking link will be included in your registration confirmation email, allowing you to book at a later time.
All room rates are inclusive of Wi-Fi and GST. Discounted rates are available until Friday 23 October. After this date, accommodation will need to be arranged directly with your preferred hotel at their available rate.
All cancellations must be submitted to GI Cancer Trials in writing. Cancellations made after Friday 23 October will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Please note that for MACq 01 Hobart, cancellations must be received by Thursday 8 October to avoid a 100% cancellation fee.
